SAUSAGE BALLS

1 lb. hot bulk sausage
3 1/2 cups biscuit mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients with hands. Shape loosely into small balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
