BACK TO APPETIZER MENU
PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 cups chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients except the pecans. Chill. Shape into a ball.
Roll the cheese ball in the nuts. Chill again. Serve with crackers.
