2 egg whites (room temperature)
2/3 cup white sugar
6 oz. chocolate morsels
1/2 cup pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line big cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Beat egg whites stiff. Slowly add sugar as you beat. Stir in chocolate morsels, vanilla, and nuts. Drop with small spoon on foiled sheet. When you put in oven, turn off and let stay overnight. DO NOT PEEP.
