LEMON PIE

1 stick butter or margarine
2 cups sugar
4 eggs (not separated)

Add 1 whole lemon, quartered and seeded (rind and all)

Put eggs, butter and lemon in bottom of the blender, sugar on top. Blend until everything is a liquid mixture. Put in 2 frozen pie shells and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
