HANKY PANKY CAKE

1 box yellow cake mix
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
1 box (6 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup coconut
3 bananas
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 cup chopped nuts

After cake has cooked, according to directions on the box, punch holes in it. Boil sugar and pineapple together and pour over cake while hot. Let cool. Mix pudding according to the directions and blend with coconut. Spread over cake. Place sliced bananas on cake. Top with Cool Whip and nuts. Must be refrigerated. Tastes better the day after!
