MAMA'S CHEESE BISCUITS

1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Grate cheese and mix with other ingredients as you would biscuits. Form in small balls and press with fork in middle. Put pecan on top. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
