Maureen My beautiful Earth Angel is my amazing sister, Maureen. I have loved her since the moment she was born, and felt she was my gift from God, a precious sister I would love forever. Maureen has lived life with love for her family, friends, and the children in her care. To know her is to love her and know you are loved. Maureen accepts her challenges in life by working hard until they are overcome. I admire her patience, a quality which allows her to shape the lives of our young people by teaching them and sharing her love with them. Maureen has always been my "one foot on earth" when I've gone flying off in the clouds, and I am profoundly thankful for that. She has shared with me so much that I am grateful for, especially her two boys. She is loving, courageous, kind and has strength in adversity. She spreads her beautiful angel wings and guides her family and friends by example. I am proud that this wonderful human being is my sister. I miss her terribly, as we no longer live close by.
